Travel that moves at call sheet speed
Crew lists change, locations move, and the schedule your travel was booked against last Tuesday no longer exists. Production travel only works when changes are absorbed same day, without a procurement process in the middle. That is the entire design of our desk: one contact, full authority, at any hour.
What we run for a production
- Crew adds, drops and swaps handled same day, with the crew list version controlled against travel booked
- Unit moves between locations: flights, ground and accommodation shifted as one block
- Group air arrangements for large crews, priced across carriers before ticketing
- Equipment moved as checked baggage or freight, whichever is cheaper and safer for the specific kit and route
- Talent travel handled discreetly and separately from crew where the production requires it
- OB and broadcast moves where the whole operation travels on a broadcast deadline
Reporting your production accountant will actually accept
Every booking is cost coded the way production accounting works: per department, per shoot block, per location. Line by line detail lands in a format that drops into the cost report, and changes carry their own audit trail. No lump sum invoices that need dissecting at wrap.
Moving a live event or festival broadcast? Same desk.
Start with the schedule
Send the shooting schedule, crew list and locations. We will return a travel budget per block and per department, and flag where routing or timing changes save real money. The pace matches the production: forward budgets get proper work, and a change on a live shoot is handled the moment it lands, day or night.
Price the scheduleQuestions we get asked
Can you handle daily crew list changes?
Yes. Adds, drops and swaps are processed same day at any hour, and the travel file is version controlled against the crew list so production always knows exactly who is booked on what.
Do you provide reporting for production accountants?
Yes. Every booking is cost coded per department, per shoot block and per location, delivered line by line in a format that drops into the cost report, with changes carrying their own audit trail.
Can you arrange group air deals for large crews?
Yes. Group fares are priced across carriers before ticketing, with name changes and date flexibility negotiated up front because crew lists never stay still.
How do you move camera, lighting and sound equipment?
Whichever way is cheaper and safer for the specific kit and route: pre arranged excess and oversize baggage, or freight coordinated to arrive with the unit. We price both and tell you which wins.
Can talent travel be kept confidential?
Yes. Talent movements are booked separately from crew, access to the details is restricted, and itineraries are shared only with the people the production nominates.
